While we are also raising capital from institutional and strategic investors, our preference is to have local families as the core stakeholders in Super Base JC, as this aligns interests and our collective motivation to grow a successful and well-balanced operation that serves the community and our member families effectively.
50% of each contribution goes toward equity, 50% toward discounted membership.

ROI & Equity Framework
Founding Members receive preferred equity shares based on the investment portion of their contribution. Once the business reaches profitability (target: Month 13–15), dividend payments begin.
Year 1: 100% of profits distributed to investors
Year 2: 90% to investors / 10% to founders
Year 3+: 70% to investors / 30% to founders
Target payback period: 30–36 months
Post-payback: Members retain ownership and receive ongoing quarterly dividends
