Overview
Superbase is more than just a cool space where kids play games and sports. It is part of the Golden Square, a new vision for community, which calls for the creation of an ecosystem to support the holistic development of young children (3-17 years old), identifying and harnessing their special talents and guiding their Mind-Body-Spirit journeys in a way that sets them up for a lifetime of happiness and success. Our Founder, Arman Rousta, developed this system based on his own experience growing up as a student-athlete, and feeling the gaps in our society and educational system and wanting to find ways to better support youngsters on their journeys.
What Superbase Offers?
Superbase offers multiple programs for young athletes as well as creatives and more nature & science oriented kids; but everyone has to be active physically, and we need to collectively limit "the screen time disease" that our youth is faced with, and parents are overwhelmed by since most of us didn't grow up this way. How do we evolve and keep up with the times while preserving sacred traditions and values that are sound?
We offer aftercare programs, camps, special experiences and a competitive Academy for those who aspire for greatness and need the proper forum to develop high-level skills and abilities. Superbase is the exclusive rights holder for the Basement Sports & Games mixed reality sports platform, which brings education and entertainment experiences to kids and families.
At Base, we employ a 3-pronged approach to engaging K-12 kids:
1) Instructional Sports Content and Unstructured Play Time;
2) Merchandise - Indoor/outdoor smart sports equipment and apparel; and
3) The multi-faceted B.Sports gaming app (scorekeeping, streaming, contests).
Our goal is to get kids fit, interested in new sports and growing mentally and emotionally through 7 Core Principles - Vigorous Play, Real Face Time, Fair Play, Keeping Score, Creativity, No Pressure and Have Fun. Superbase and Basement Sports are pillars of The Golden Square, a new vision for Community.
WE ARE GROWING FAST. WE ARE HIRING!
