Overview
We’re inviting up to 100 local families to join the Founding Members Club of Superbase JC, a student-athlete training center and academy powered by Basement Sports and JC United, our 501c-3 non-profit youth sports partner. This is beyond access to world-class programming — it is an opportunity to lock in discounted, long-term membership for your children while earning preferred equity ownership in a rapidly growing local business, with a vision towards global expansion.
As of April 1, 2026, we have crossed the 600 member mark (with 20 Founding Members) and hosted/booked over 75 birthday parties, all within just one year of operation. The next 6 months are expected to be significantly more active and we expect to be full (meaning, not able to accept new members, with a waitlist) by September 2026. And we want a select group of Jersey City families to be our partners in this journey, so that this can always remain a Community-driven organization.

Each Founding Member Plan includes:
Multi-Year Membership (1 kid per membership; valid for 2, 5 or 10 years)

* All-Star (Plus) Membership entails Unlimited Access to Classes and Enrichment Program within Jersey City, with optional school pickup, if requested. This does not necessarily include Superbase Academy (JC United) access, which is limited to elite, qualifying student-athletes.
Community Access & Sponsorships
We are aiming for 10–20% of Founding Memberships to be sponsored by non-profits or local businesses to support families who may not otherwise afford to join. Contributions are eligible to be made on behalf of a family.
(Crypto) Token-backed memberships have value and are transferrable (Board approval required, as we want to establish and maintain a community that truly abides by our 7 Core Principles) and can be held long-term (beyond the term of the child's membership access) for continued dividends.

Any additional questions, you can submit in the form as well. Once we have a core set of base members, we will host a Town Hall style meeting to discuss our goals, ideas and address stakeholder concerns.
